Personal dots can continue working on tasks between conversations. Dots are generally available to eligible ChatGPT Enterprise, Edu, and Healthcare workspaces, with an admin preview until November 18, 2026. During the preview, workspace owners and admins can enable access or opt out before dots become available by default on November 18. Dots are not available for workspaces with UAE data or inference residency.

Owners and admins can control which members can use dots, view personal dots and their connections, pause or resume them, and review usage and admin activity. Workspace owners can also delete personal dots.

New dots support data residency and Enterprise Key Management, with inference residency in the EU and US. In workspaces with data residency, dots created before general availability will move to the required region within 30 days of launch. Dots are also HIPAA-eligible in covered workspaces; other features and third-party services retain their own coverage restrictions.

Released GPT‑6 Rosalind, bringing specialized biological reasoning with scientific tool use to complex life sciences research. Access is available to organizations approved for Rosalind Research through the trusted-access program for internal research by authorized users.

GPT‑6 Rosalind Research is rolling out to a limited set of approved Business and Enterprise customers for life sciences research in Work and Codex. Access requires Research approval for your organization and user. It is not available in the Chat tab.

The model starts in a two-week Admin Preview for Enterprise workspaces and is off by default. Admins can enable approved Research users and configure access for after the preview. Existing Research approval does not bypass this preview.

In Work or Codex, select GPT‑6 Rosalind Research in the model picker. Customers can continue to use GPT‑5.5 Rosalind Research for existing workflows.

Account switching is rolling out to the ChatGPT iOS and Android apps. You can stay signed in to up to 2 ChatGPT accounts at a time and switch between them without signing out. Each account keeps its own chats, memory, settings, and subscriptions.

To get started, go to Settings > Switch account.

We’re increasing the Work and Codex usage included in Pro and Business Premium plans. Pro 100 and Pro 500 plans now include twice their previous Work and Codex allowance.

We’ve also canceled the Pro 200 reduction announced in our September 29 email. If you already had the higher Work and Codex allowance, you keep it. Starting October 29, Pro 200 subscribers on the lower allowance get twice their previous Work and Codex allowance, bringing them up to the same limit.

Eligible ChatGPT Pro and Business subscribers can activate promotional API credits to build apps and agents with the OpenAI API. Eligible ChatGPT Business workspaces can activate the credits to help their teams build apps and agents.

Eligible subscribers can now claim up to $500 per month in free API credits as a subscription benefit. Activate the benefit from ChatGPT or API Platform by linking an API organization you own. The credits apply to the linked API organization and are separate from ChatGPT usage credits.
